Insights of Customer emotions: By using sentiment analysis companies are able to understand the emotion behind a text by analysis, also using this technique communication regarding a brand on social media platforms, blogs and review sites to understand the collective market opinion and revert back appropriately depending the consumer emotions.It becomes clear that advanced applications in big data offer new avenues for solving critical communication imperatives.
